Lance Kirk

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer
Lance has over 35 years of financial, administrative and operational management experience, across a wide range of industries including technology, consulting services, consumer products, energy, media & entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas, and engineering products. He has held numerous executive-level positions with both mid-sized and large companies and has advised a number of Fortune 100 companies and large global public organizations, such as the United Nations.

Brian Coffey

Chief Operating Officer
Brian Coffey brings over 20 years of IT industry experience to his role as Senior Vice President, Sales for MTM Technologies. Mr. Coffey joined MTM in 2010. Previous to MTM, Brian served as VP of Sales for CORESense, a cloud based multi-channel retail management start up, where he led the company’s transformation from an inside sales organization to an outbound organization doubling revenues along the way. Between 1990 and 2005, Mr. Coffey served in several regional and national sales leadership roles in AmeriData, GE Capital IT Solutions and Rhythms NetConnections. Mr. Coffey holds a BS in Computer Science from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.

Jason Bernstein

Senior Vice President, Operations Finance
Jason Bernstein has over 20 years of IT Industry experience beginning his career with MTM as the Operations Manager in 1994. Over his tenure with MTM Technologies, Mr. Bernstein has held various management positions with increasing responsibility in both operations and finance as the company has grown from a local reseller to the national company it is today. These areas of responsibility have included procurement, logistics, credit & collections, customer service, inside sales, mergers and acquisitions, controllership, accounts payable, FP&A and system administration. Mr. Bernstein holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and a MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Marcus Holloway

President and Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of experience leading some of the fastest growing business services and technology companies, Marcus joined MTM in May 2016 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Holloway has previously held executive positions with PwC, ACS (now part of Xerox) and RoyaltyShare (now part of Sony Music Entertainment). He was also a management consultant with Deloitte and KPMG.

Gregory J. Turner

Chief Information Officer & Senior Vice President for Innovation Services
Greg has over 30 years’ experience in professional and technology services and is a supreme client advocate with a demonstrated ability to align business drivers with technology solutions. He also has substantial expertise in building profitable strategic alliances and partnerships with leading technology companies including EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, VCE, and Verizon. Greg began his professional career with Price Waterhouse; serving 10 years as a management consultant in the Northeast where he received the Chairman’s Distinguished Client Service honor. In addition to professional services, Greg has served as the chief information officer for the County of Erie, New York, the vice president of information technology for LPCiminelli, Inc, and most recently as the chief operating officer for a healthcare provider system in Western New York. Greg holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics simultaneously conferred from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Chrobocinski

SVP of Cloud and Managed Services
Chris has over 25 years of IT services experience. His career began with growing an IT services startup that formed into a multi-million-dollar entity. This entity was eventually acquired by Micro Age. While at MTM Chris has held various service management positions within MTM from a regional professional services director to his current position as the SVP of Cloud and Managed Services. As the SVP of Cloud and Managed Services, Chris is responsible for developing, promoting and delivering IT lifecycle and cloud base annuity services.

Bill Kleyman

Chief Technology Officer
Bill is an enthusiastic technologist with experience in data center design, management, and deployment. His architecture work includes large virtualization and cloud deployments; as well as business network design and implementation. Bill enjoys writing, blogging, and educating colleagues around everything that is technology. During the day, Bill is CTO at MTM Technologies, where he interacts with enterprise organizations, and helps align IT strategies with direct business goals and outcomes. Bill’s whitepapers, articles, video blogs and podcasts have been published and referenced on WindowsITPro, InformationWeek, NetworkComputing, TechTarget, Data Center Knowledge, ZDNet, Slashdot, and many others. Most recently, Bill was ranked #16 globally in the Onalytica study which reviewed the top 100 most influential individuals in the cloud landscape; and #4 in a different Onalytica study reviewing the industry’s top Data Security Experts.

Souzana Dandoura-Ketonis

Head of Human Resources
Souzana Dandoura-Ketonis joined MTM in May 2014 and serves as the Head of Human Resources. She has more than 18 years of leadership experience in human capital management, talent development, employee relations and organizational and cultural transformation. She has a proven record of building company capabilities and executing strategic change initiatives. Souzana is an HR leader/business professional and trusted advisor and confidante to CEO/President and senior management; she has a strong HR generalist from diverse environments: public and private, start-up to global conglomerate, fast growth through downsizing, have been on both sides of acquisitions and integration. Expert at managing costs, energized when creating new things and passionate about building teams. She is known for leading change initiatives and improving organizational effectiveness. Leveraging the right data by properly aligning workforce analytics with business and HR strategies, she focuses on the HR metrics that improve business results. Holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Resources Management.
