Here is how we use our ADIME methodology with regard to licensing:
Assess. The first step is to have us perform a free license analysis to determine what you have today.
Design. After completing our analysis, we will make recommendations as to how you can improve your licensing scenario. This may include merging multiple licensing accounts together, date synchronization, reinstating expired licenses, etc.
Implement. We will help you activate, allocate, and install your licenses.
Manage. It doesn’t stop there! After cleaning up your licenses, we provide free, ongoing licensing support. So when that new version comes out, or that license just won’t activate properly, we will be there to help.
Evolve. As your licensing needs change, we will continuously be there as a guide to find other ways to reduce your overall licensing costs and increase your ease of asset management.
Ongoing Renewal Management
In addition to helping you with your asset management and license tracking, we are also there to help you manage your maintenance renewals. Upon designating MTM Technologies as your maintenance renewal partner, you will be automatically enrolled in our proactive renewal management program. Under this program, you will automatically receive notifications when your licenses come due for maintenance renewals. In addition we will also enroll you in “autodate sync” when applicable, to facilitate the management of your licenses.
