Senior Management

Steven Stringer
President and Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Steven Stringer joined MTM Technologies in October 2004 and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stringer was previously Chief Executive Officer of Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., a national provider of digital subscriber line services, which operated one of the largest DSL networks in the United States, serving 60 major markets with 67,000 digital subscriber lines in service. Prior to that time, he was an executive with GE Capital IT Solutions, a world-wide provider of IT products and services, ultimately serving as its Global Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for 14,000 employees in 150 locations and 15 countries.

Andy Jones
VP of National Sales

Andy Jones brings over 15 years of experience in technology sales and services to his role of Vice President of National Sales. Mr. Jones joined MTM Technologies in 1999 and has served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to his current role, Andy held multiple local sales and service leadership roles with Linc Networks and Vector ESP, regional sales and services leadership roles within MTM's Central Region and National Application Delivery Sales and Practice Development. A noted industry expert, Mr. Jones has contributed to the community through multiple speaking engagements and authored several books and articles related to virtualization and application delivery. Andy earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communications.

John Centinaro
Senior Vice President, National Services 

John Centinaro brings over 25 years of IT industry experience to his role as Senior Vice President of National Services for MTM Technologies. Mr. Centinaro joined MTM Technologies in 2001, first as Senior Vice President of Service Operations, and then as Eastern Region President. Mr. Centinaro previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Alphanet Solutions, where he led the company's transformation to a professional IT network infrastructure services leader in the areas of network design, operation, management, and security, as well as Internet services. Between 1978 and 1992, Mr. Centinaro served in several roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as the National Service Manager for Memorex Telex Corporation.

Dave Shimp
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Dave Shimp joined MTM Technologies as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2005. Mr. Shimp previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., a public telecommunications company. During his tenure there, the company grew from 135 people to 2500 people in a 24-month period, and his team earned statewide recognition for the quality of the company's employee communication program. Mr. Shimp's career also includes seven years of experience with McKinsey and Company, Inc., over ten years of retained executive search experience with several national firms, general management experience as President of a privately held manufacturing company, and global facility planning experience with Monsanto Textiles Company.

Yvonne Gluck
Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

With 28 years of experience in the IT industry, Yvonne Gluck is responsible for leading key strategic planning activities for the company. Ms. Gluck has held various positions with MTM Technologies since joining the company in 2004, including Vice President, Field Operations, Vice President, Information Technology, and Vice President, Integration. Previously, Ms. Gluck was the Director of Operations at APAC Customer Services where she was responsible for driving operational process improvements and best practices throughout the organization. Ms. Gluck has held senior executive positions at Modis Corporation, Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., GE Capital IT Solutions and Forsythe Computers.
