MTM Awarded Top Honors for Citrix Training

MTM is excited to announce that we have been named “Highest Rating Partner” for Citrix Education in 2009. This award, which is based on direct feedback from our students, underscores MTM’s commitment both to Citrix solutions and to preparing our clients to manage a post-implementation environment effectively.
The results of the Citrix evaluation put MTM and our training capabilities at the top of a list of more than 115 Citrix Authorized Learning Centers™ (CALCs) around the world. The implication, of course, is that our students saw clear value in the training we provided – with Citrix training by MTM, they maximized their training and education budget dollars effectively. Participants in our training sessions were thus able to generate a greater ROI from their Citrix implementations through the knowledge they acquired.
According to Citrix, "MTM has achieved the highest rating in our Metrics that Matter evaluations for 2009. They recorded the highest scores in customer satisfaction and their [Citrix Certified Instructors] CCIs were rated as extremely knowledgeable in the products and brought real world experience to the course delivery. MTM also worked strategically with Citrix Education and collaborated on Citrix Education custom deals. In 2009 MTM had the highest education revenue in the Americas totaling close to $500,000.”
MTM has invested considerably in Citrix training capabilities and in our relationship with Citrix in general. We have collaborated with Citrix on custom training programs, for example, to meet a variety of highly specific client needs. Further, MTM’s virtual training environment for Citrix, rolled out in the second half of last year, reinforces our commitment to Citrix training and to our students.
The recognition from Citrix – and from our clients – demonstrates MTM’s leading capabilities, and the fact that our Citrix training program generated more revenue than any other in the Americas region shows that our students and clients recognized MTM as the best place to invest their Citrix training budgets.
When training ends, the student becomes practitioner and relies on the skills and techniques imparted. MTM’s Citrix training program prepares IT professionals to return to their datacenters confident in their abilities to extend the value of their Citrix systems.
