• Adds IP Telephony, Security and Wireless Solutions Expanding Offerings to Mid Tier Market Clients
VALLEY COTTAGE, NY — JULY 6, 2004 — MTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:MTMC), a leading computer and communications technology management company providing IT networking and data center services, including storage, security and messaging solutions, today announced that on July 2, 2004, it acquired DataVox Technologies, Inc. (“DataVox”). DataVox is a premier Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) partner, offering advanced technology solutions including IP telephony, security, storage networking, wireless technologies, as well as solutions for networking, facilities engineering and data center technologies. Located in the center of New York City’s financial district, DataVox has over ten years of experience developing and implementing leading edge technology solutions. DataVox’s founders, Norbert Sluzewski and Michael Ritchken, will be joining MTM’s management team.
