MTM Technologies, Inc. Appoints New Chief Technology Officer

Valley Cottage, N.Y. – June 29, 2004 – MTM Technologies, Inc. (MTMC:NASDAQ), a leading computer and communications technology management company providing IT networking and data center services, including storage, security and messaging solutions announced today that it had appointed Eran Marom, 42, as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Marom will be leading the company’s managed services operation, product and service development, internal systems management, and the integration of new acquisitions.
Mr. Marom has over 22 years of experience in developing and implementing mission-critical information technology systems as well as managing operations with expertise spanning the entire technology spectrum and several industries including healthcare, investment banking and manufacturing. Until recently, Mr. Marom was Chief Information Officer of Stellaris Health Network, a 4 hospital network in Westchester County, New York. Prior to joining Stellaris, Mr. Marom was CTO of QuantumClicks, a customer acquisition company in Boston, MA with prior career highlights including senior management and consulting positions at Mount Sinai NYU, M&D Advanced Systems, Inc., General Chemical and GM-Fanuc Robotics. Mr. Marom is an accomplished author and holds both an Engineering degree and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
