Marcus is driving the strategic transformation of MTM. Building on the company’s 30 year foundation in IT Services with great employees, customers, and partners, Marcus is committed to delivering ever greater customer satisfaction and industry leading financial performance to our shareholders. Over the past decade Marcus has developed a “Management by Measurement” system working at leading Global services companies. This system has been implemented at MTM and performance has improved across the board. New service offerings have been launched that customers are embracing while the company has achieved record financial performance. Marcus is remaining focused on the continued transformation of the company to a full-service technology partner to our customers and providing the resources needed to accelerate the growth of the company.
Marcus holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Lance, in his capacity as COO/CFO, is executive-in-charge of the finance, accounting, legal, facilities, infrastructure, and general operational functions. Since joining the organization in May of 2016, Lance has focused on transforming MTM, emphasizing cost rationalization, organizational structure, new business ventures & partnerships, acquisition analysis, and long-term planning: leveraging his 35+ years of financial, administrative, and operational management experience.
Having worked in a wide range of industries including technology, consulting services, consumer products, energy, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, and engineering products, Lance brings significant transformation experience to MTM. During much of his career, Lance has focused on developing and managing all aspects of large-scale corporate transformational undertakings – generally leading to material corporate growth and/or restructuring. He has held numerous executive-level positions with both mid-sized and large companies (including MCA Universal, Sony Music, and PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has also spent almost half of his career advising a number of Fortune 1000 companies (including IBM, Verizon, Kraft Foods, AT&T, CVS, BP Amoco, and Mellon Bank) and large global public organizations (including the U.S. Marshal Service, AARP, the Department of Commerce and the United Nations).
Lance holds an MBA in Accounting from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science degree, in Finance, from Seton Hall University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was Valedictorian of the School of Business. He is also a CPA in the State of New Jersey.
As MTM Technologies’ Chief Revenue Officer, Greg steers the organization to a more customer-centric, services-led provider in servicing MTM customers as they navigate through the different disruptions in the marketplace. He is tasked with the company’s go-to-market strategies for business sustainability and growth, and responsible for all revenue generation processes while aligning the MTM Technology solutions to meet the customers’ demands and servicing their needs.
Greg’s in-depth technical know-how and expertise as CIO and his extensive experience in selling and delivering complex business solutions reinforces the company’s listen-first culture in understanding business needs, which will drive customer-first solutions that favor customer-desired business outcomes.
In his role, Greg leads the internal technology team at MTM Technologies and is responsible for driving and directing the pre-sales solutions, marketing, sales, and post-sales organizations. His goal is to develop repeatable processes that yield predictable outcomes for clients as well as for MTM.
Greg is a process engineer that has more than 30 years of experience in professional and technical services. He is also a supreme client advocate with a demonstrated ability to align business drivers with technology solutions. Greg leads MTM in providing strategic, transformative and managed services to solve the various business challenges of our clients.
Greg holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and pursued doctoral studies in Economics at the University of Rochester where he focused on the creation of a heuristic computer application and economic forecasting tool to forecast market reactions through adaptive learning of economic events.

Jason Bernstein has over 20 years of IT Industry experience: starting his career with MTM as the Operations Manager in 1994. As senior vice president of finance and operations, Jason’s focus is on managing the day-to-day financial and operational support functions of the business to best meet the needs MTM’s key stakeholders, customers, employees, and investors.
Over his tenure with MTM Technologies, Jason has held various management positions with increasing responsibility in both operations and finance, as the company has grown from a local reseller to the national company it is today. From Jason’s first days in the warehouse, to his current role as senior vice president, Jason’s areas of responsibility have included procurement, logistics, vendor management, credit & collections, customer service, inside sales, mergers and acquisitions, controllership, accounts payable, FP&A and system administration.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and a MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Souzana is responsible for originating and leading MTM’s human resources function by developing and executing talent strategies that support MTM’s current and future business. In her role, Souzana focus on organizational development, change management, high performance culture and development of a superior workforce. She ensures a strategic approach in talent transformation, development of competitive human resources practices, benefits and compensation management.

Souzana has more than 19 years of leadership experience in human capital management, talent development, employee relations and organizational and cultural transformation. She has a strong HR generalist from diverse environments: public and private, start-up to global conglomerate, fast growth through downsizing, have been on both sides of acquisitions and integration. Expert at managing costs, energized when creating new things and passionate about building teams. She is known for leading change initiatives and improving organizational effectiveness.
Souzana holds a BS in Psychology from University of Ioannina in Greece and an MS in Human Resources Management from New York Institute of Technology.
